MODERNIZING AND EQUIPPING THE RENSSELAER CAMPUS

Rensselaer has led the most significant innovative and transformative advances of our time, which is reflected throughout the campus. While nine of our buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places, we are also home to one of the world’s most powerful university-based super-computers as part of the White House Consortium established to address COVID-19, unique and innovative performance spaces, and more than 745 labs, studios, and technology spaces used for research.

Attracting the best and brightest students and faculty requires an enormous amount of space — space in which to work, to live, and to be an active, engaged member of our vibrant community. Campaign investment will allow Rensselaer to build a new state-of-the-art Center for Science, complete the second phase of the East Campus Athletic Village (ECAV), and proceed with campus enhancements that will increase our research productivity, enhance our rankings and visibility, and enrich the quality of our students’ intellectual, athletic, and personal lives.
